Thank you for taking the time to read our newsletter written by our board member, Joel Wichman.
Wow, just WOW!!
As we reflect on 2025
· 5 Homes were built by amazing teams alongside locals for families in dire need of shelter.
· A large room was constructed at Casa Hogar for senior homeless men.
· A house started by others was completed for a single mother and two children.
· The student ministry is flourishing:
o Several students graduated – THANK YOU Sponsors!
o 5 students were added to the program two of which are attending Bible College.
· VBS at Pastor Miguel’s church was sponsored of which 100+ children attended!
· A bus was purchased for an outreach traveling ministry to reach the prison, parks and local garbage dumps.
· AND Thanks to all the donations we took on the largest project of CASA to date and are in the process of building a community center for Christina and Rueben’s Ministry.
God is SO………………good and faithful!
Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding: in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
CASA is a group of common people. Remember Peter, James and John were all fisherman by trade. We are ALL common people, BUT when we trust with all our heart and submit to him, he will make our paths straight. He WILL do miraculous things through us!
I’m writing this to tell you what is happening through you and CASA makes zero sense. Seriously, almost 100 houses have been built to date, young men and women’s lives are being changed through sponsored education and locals are being introduced to Christ through ministries supported by YOU! Thanks to you God’s working miracles in San Luis!!
Roughly 30 days ago we stepped out in faith, trusting the finances would be raised to build a community center for Christina and Ruebens ministry. You have responded generously to the tune of $77,000. The center is well underway, but we don’t have the finances to install HVAC, furnish the building and the inevitable things that will pop up. The team has been great stewards of what has been spent, and it is amazing to me what can built in Mexico for what has been raised, but we still need your help. All we ask is you pray about it and give with your heart.
Thank you on behalf of Curt, Kelly, and the CASA Board
